Hi Everyone , I’m Clodagh a mat-based Pilates instructor committed to helping you build strength and move with confidence. After completing my Pilates qualification, I discovered the power of mindful movement, not just for physical strength, but for balance, flexibility and overall
well-being.
My approach focuses on lengthening and sculpting the body while creating a deep connection between movement and breath. Through flowing, intentional sequences, I aim to help you build strength from within, improve posture, and move with ease in everyday life.
